Fat Loss: Week Five, Day Five
Today I was on track as far as what I ate. Only glitch was that I found out after I hide a pretty filling lunch that we were going out to Chili's for dinner...
But I did good! I ordered from their "Guiltless Grill" menu and had a salmon dish with only 480 calories total. I ate just a couple of my daughter's fries (gotta admit, their fries are REALLY good) and one spoonful of her milk shake. I did have a margarita (purely for medicinal purposes) but even with that I came in under my daily calorie target, plus I was way over on my protein goal, making up for yesterday's deficit. I didn't bother documenting the tiny bit of fries and bite of milk shake.

I was determined to get some kind of workout in despite my injury, especially knowing that we were going out to eat, so I squeezed in a short one that didn't seem to aggravate my hip flexor:
4:45PM - Workout duration: 5 minutes
- 50 swings (36 lb kettlebell)
- 5 curls (36 lb KB)
- 5 military presses (36 lb KB)
- 15 pushups
- 20 second side bridge each side
I snuck it in right before heading out the door.
