Fat Loss: Week Five, Day Three
Looks like those jacknife pushups put more of a hurt on me than I thought they did since I was a hurtin' unit today. I decided to lay off and not do any workout at all instead of risking making things worse by trying to work around it.
I ate a bit more than I had planned, but at least I managed to get in those 100 grams of protein I've been shooting for. On a side note, in my journal details I don't count any calories when I have a salad. It's always a really hefty portion, but I figure there's so much fiber and it's all good complex carbs so I only count the calories for the salad dressing. I'm also getting in my 8 glasses of water a day.
