Fat Loss: Week Four, Day Five

I have found that one of the keys to eating less is to stay busy. Today was one of those days... I was working intensely on redesigning another blog that I run and I was so focused that I didn't really think about food. It actually got to the point where I had to tell myself to go eat.

As a result I'm way under on calories today, even after indulging in half a muffin left over from yesterday. Smile

Of course the flip side of keeping busy is that I had to really tear myself away to get in a workout today. The great thing about working out with kettlebells is that you can get a really intense workout in withing a short period of time!

Today's only workout:

7:30PM - Workout duration: 8 minutes
- 20 squats (54 lb kettlebell)
- 20 two-handed swings (54 lb KB)
- 40 alternating one-handed swings (36 lb KB)
- 20 second side bridge each side
- 10 crunches
