Fat Loss: Week Four, Day Four
Today I didn't do as much as I had planned for my workout. I just grabbed a kettlebell a couple of times this morning for a short set of swings. Ended up going out and having to run errands, which set my back pain off and was a major demotivator.
To compound that I went to a school thing for my daughter and they had laid out a table with a bunch of food including big honkin' muffins and chocolate chip cookies. I was good though... only had 1/4 muffin and one cookie and a couple of handfuls of grapes.
Of course due to the content of the food eaten mid-afternoon I was hungrier later in the evening and broke my post 7:30PM non-eating rule.
Oh well, at least I just had some sliced turkey instead of chips or sweets. I actually needed that final snack to hit my protein target for the day.

- 30 alternating one-handed swings (36 lb kettlebell)

- 20 two-handed swings (54lb KB).
