Fat Loss: Week Four, Day Three

Nothing terribly out of the ordinary today as far as diet... I have decided that I'm going to try to go back to Half & Half in my coffee instead of heavy cream. With the amount I use in my daily two cups of coffee that will knock me down from 200 calories to 80. When you're only allotting yourself 1,800 calories a day, 120 calories is pretty significant. Shocked

I've managed to keep up with the increased protein intake. I'm curious to see what impact that has when I re-measure at the end of the week.

I spent some time out in the yard again today, as it happens I was moving around some medium sized rocks and chipping away at some concrete with a hammer. Not much work, but it's more than I get sitting at my desk. Smile

I still decided to get a workout in. Now that I feel like I'm seeing some progress, I don't want to slack off. Here's what I did today:

5:30PM - Workout Duration: 10 minutes

- 20 squats
- 20 swings (54 lb kettlebell)
- 30 alternating one-handed swings (36 lb KB)
- 10 squats
- 10 swings (54 lb KB)
- 20 second side bridge each side
- 2 X 10 crunches
