Fat Loss: Week One, Day Five

I wanted to take it easy today since I wasn't supposed to be doing any exercise at all, so I went easy on the lifting. I did go on a 12 minute bike ride over hilly terrain. Damn near killed me... I moved from the San Diego area to the Wasatch Mountains area of Utah almost a year ago, going from sea level to 4,500 feet above. Rough transition aerobics-wise due to the higher elevation.

Today I came in a bit low again calorie-wise, probably because I wanted to make up for going over yesterday on calories. BTW, I wanted to note that the majority of food I'm eating is NOT prepackaged. For example the burritos I had over the last few days were made at home from scratch... not from a frozen or microwavable package. Smile

It makes a difference. That pre-prepared stuff has a ton of additives, sugar and salt added to it. Today I also cut the sweetener from my coffee. Right there I probably knocked off over 150 calories!
