Fat Loss: Week One, Day Six

It's Saturday... I slacked a bit, although I did still do some exercise:

11:30AM:
10 2-handed swings, 6 squats (54 lb kettlebell), 5 MPs, 4 curls (36 lb KB), 15 pushups (feet elevated), 5 birddogs.

7PM:
10 2-handed swings, 6 MPs, 4 curls (36lb KB), 6 squats (54 lb KB), 18 pushups.

I gave a try at doing swings with the heavier kettlebell. I was careful to keep my back neutral, so we'll see how I do over the next couple of days.

As far as food, after almost a week of eating fairly healthy, I've hit a point where eating the wrong stuff actually leaves me feeling out of sorts. This afternoon I was lazy and instead of fixing something decent to eat I fell back on one of my old favorites: tortilla chips and salsa. Soon after I felt kind of sluggish and bloated and regretted having had that.

Having said that, later in the evening my wife shoved a small amount of Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips in my hand. How the heck do you say no to that? Shocked
