Fat Loss: Week One, Day Three

This morning I woke up hungry so instead of my usual wait until later in the morning for a bite I had something as soon as I woke up.

Today I had a Costco hotdog around lunchtime (which is really a no-no), but I was out with the family and it was convenient. I added the calories to my daily total, which today happened to come pretty close to my target.

Another thing I've been doing is not eating anything after about 7:30PM. This is extremely helpful for at the very least maintaining weight.

Today's workout log...

9:30AM:
10 2-handed swings, 8 MPs, 5 curls (36), 6 squats (54), 10 pushups

11AM:
10 2-handed swings, 4 MPs, 4 curls (36), 5 squats (54), 15 pushups, 5 birddogs.

4PM:
Monster back pain from being up for 3 hours.

5PM:
5 2-handed swings (54lb KB), 10 pushups, 8 birddogs.

I won't be able to do much for the next couple of days since I'll be getting steriod injections in my spine for my lower back pain. Shocked
