Fat Loss: Week Seven, Day Four

I seem to be drifting towards more of a Warrior Diet schedule lately, eating less during the day and more towards the evening. I'm just not really feeling terribly hungry during the day. If you look at my diet journal today you'll see that yes, I had a beer again today. It was hot, I'd been doing some handyman work and I was in the mood. Still came in under my daily calorie target. Like I've said previously, I'm trying to make this experiment "real world". I haven't done 7 weeks of "perfect" eating... I wanted to see if it was possible to achieve my goals in a realistic way, and it has worked so far.

Don't forget I'm almost to the end of my little experiment to prove whether or not the principles in my eBook "The Last 10 Pounds" work or not. I'll be posting my final results of 7 weeks worth of following my own advice by Monday at the latest.

Lately I've been making a conscious effort to improve my performance with each workout. I realize of course there is a point where I will either plateau or have to back off and start a new cycle, but for now it's "onward and upward".

Today was a strength building day, and here's what I did:

5:15PM - Workout duration: 31 minutes
- 6 Turkish Get-Ups (54 lb kettlebell)
- 8 Turkish Get-Ups (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 8 one-legged squats each leg (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 10 suitcase deadlifts each side (54 lb KB)
- 2 X 5 pullups
- 2 X 10 crunches
- 2 X 7 curls (36 lb KB)
