Fat Loss: Week Seven, Day One
All right... today I felt good enough to go back at it, and as this is my final week documenting my progress I want to make sure I go out on a high note.
It's odd, but as the weeks go by, I seem to be able to get by with fewer calories. Today I had less than 1,600 calories and it really wasn't that difficult.

Not having worked out for three days (longest stretch in 6 weeks) I didn't want to go easy on myself today, so I actually braved a few Turkish Get-Ups with the 54 lb kettlebell. Yikes!
I felt the mood to work out around lunchtime so I decided to take advantage and do it then instead of saving it for later. It also went longer than my past workouts by a bit:
12:55PM - Workout duration: 31 minutes
- 6 Turkish Get-Ups (54 lb kettlebell)
- 6 Turkish Get-Ups (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 8 one-legged squats each leg (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 8 suitcase deadlifts each side (54 lb KB)
- 2 X 8 military presses (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 6 curls (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 8 crunches
- 2 X 4 pullups
I decided to throw in pullups today (overhand, open palm) instead of pushups. I've been neglecting my lats and as they're a large muscle, stimulating it (along with the legs) is a good way to raise the metabolism. If you notice, my workouts have gotten progressively longer... one reason is that I really wanted to start out conservatively so as to not injure myself, and the other reason is that I'm feeling like I can do more as my strength increases, plus I didn't feel I was seeing as much progress as I wanted early on.

I'm just curious - what was your last ab measurement (at the suprailiac) (the number of millimeters)? I'm going to use the website you posted yesterday & compare it to the table I'm currently using. Thanks.
The measurement there was about 4.5mm.
