Fat Loss: Week Six, Day One

I apologize for being late with this entry, but sometimes at the end of a day I'm just not in the mood to cut, paste, upload, etc. Confused

Yesterday I found that having a decent breakfast held off my hunger for most of the day (mom was right!), and by the time dinner rolled around I still had half my quota of daily calories to consume. Due to last weeks apparent loss of lean mass, I didn't want to come in at only about 1,600 calories so I splurged a little and had a tiny package of M&M's and a small frozen yogurt (Gogurt).

Today I also stepped up my workout and did the longest one yet. This time I actually did multiple sets of strength building exercises. This week (as someone here suggested) I'm going to alternate strength building days with aerobic days. This is actually one of those things I've known and forgotten about kettlebell training... lower rep strength days alternating with higher rep endurance days.

6PM - Workout duration: 28 minutes
- 3 X 12 squats (54 lb kettlebell)
- 2 X 8 Turkish Get-Ups (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 10 crunches
- 2 X 20 second side bridge each side
- 2 X 8 military presses (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 6 curls (36 lb KB)
- 2 X 12 pushups
