Fat Loss: Week Two, Day Five

Today, I was a slacker.

I didn't get in a single workout, plus I ended my day with two beers. My day got kind of chopped up as I decided to go out and see the Jet Li film Unleashed (really good BTW, I recommend it), and then I had to take my daughter to her first softball practice. At practice I ended up standing around for quite a while, which I paid for with bad back pain later. I had a beer with dinner and one after to take the edge off the pain, and it worked.

At least I stayed within my calorie target, and tomorrow is another day...
