Fat Loss: Week Two, Day Six

Today my exercise consisted of three hours of hard yard work, including one hour of non-self-propelled mowing of my property, which is on an incline. Believe me, that qualifies as a workout. Shocked

I didn't eat much today, not so much by choice but it just worked out that way. Funny how as I progress towards my goal it seems to get easier to get a handle on eating and that I can get by with much less than I used to. Probably should have eaten more as I was 300 calories under my daily target.

Don't forget I won't be logging my food tomorrow, I take Sundays off from both tracking my food and working out.

Here's the day's food:

Meal 1 10:30AM
Cereal 1 cup
Milk - Lowfat 1/2 cup

Meal 2 1:30PM
Chinese Cashew Chicken 6 oz (leftovers)

Meal 3 2:30PM (prior meal didn't quite cut it)
Chicken Pot Pie 12 oz
Beer 12 oz (after 3 hours of yard work, I deserved this) Smile

Meal 4 5PM (Ate in the car on the way to a friend's house)
Apple 1
Almonds 2 oz

Meal 5 7:30PM (Brought this with me, it sufficed as far as last meal of the day)
Peanuts 1 pkg
