Oh, the Irony
Over at Seth's Blog (which has nothing to do with fitness or diet) I found something that I just had to share with you folks. It's an image of two billboards, one over the other and the irony drips more than the sauce from a Carl's Jr. burger.

Related to that was when I saw a 24 Hour Fitness commercial back to back with an Arby's commercial while watching The Biggest Loser tonight.

That's a good one. BTW - I've been meaning to ask you: Over that last seven week fat loss cycle that you did, did you do any running at all, or was it pretty much KBs, body weight exercises etc. at high intensity ? Was just wondering. If not, it differs from what you did with the 8 week cycle in your book, where you did treadmill work, if I remember right.

This time around I wanted to see what would happen if I did nothing but KB work with a few bodyweight exercises thrown in. I did some bicycling early on this time around but dumped it after about the first week.
