Removing Ads from Site

I just wanted to let you know that I've decided to remove the Google advertisements from this blog. I don't have pinpoint control over which ads appear and I noticed that most of those that did appear advertised exactly the kind of garbage that I'm against as far as weight loss.

If I do insert ads here in the future they will fall in line with advertising products that I believe will actually help people attain their weight loss and fitness goals, instead of promoting fads and quick weight loss schemes that don't work in the long run.
