Results: Week One
Here's the first in a series of "moment of truth" moments. Do the principles in my eBook "The Last 10 Pounds" actually work?
Monday mornings are when I check my progress, and here are the results after one week of following my own advice.
I'm happy to report that so far my plan is working. In one week I've knocked off 1/4" from my waistline, 1.8 lbs of fat and 1/2 lb of overall weight. My body fat percentage decreased by 1% from 13.2% to 12.1%.
