Rough weekend...
For those of you looking for my results from the prior week, I'll be putting that up tomorrow, along with a photo showing my progress. I had planned on doing all that today, but I had a rough weekend... Went to a wedding reception Saturday night and indulged quite a bit more than I should have. Haven't done that in a looooong time and I paid for it on Sunday, which was spent in the car for an 8 hour round trip drive.
I'm whipped, but I'm sure I'll feel better tomorrow.

Sorry you're not feeling so hot - hope you had fun anyway.
Just wanted to ask again if you'd mind posting your 7 spot measurements (if you've got 'em) when you have a chance.
I had my wife do the 7 spot measurement on me on Saturday & wanted to see how it compared with yours. The comparison with the 4 spot measurement I've been using was interesting.
