Thanks for the kind emails

I really appreciate the ton of emails I received concerning my back problems and also the benefit the some of you have gotten from my book.

I promise to get back online tomorrow to respond to everyone, but today I'm not going to be online much as the epidural experience was EXTREMELY unpleasant and I'm feeling a bit out of sorts (although it does seem to have eased part of my pain).
